Consumer Reports Most Reliable Cars for 2005
Thought it was interesting how the Nissan Maxima was on the list last year, but this year is not included.
Any Comments from looking at the list?

Interesting that 10 of the 11 least reliable sedans are European nameplates. I knew their general reliability had been slipping, but that's embarassing. But then again, American car companies have holdings in them. Hmmm...

Yea the worst maker is Volkswagen not a big suprise there.
I believe the way consumer reports makes this list is doing a survery of the percentage of vechiles returned for warranty works.
Either way Toyota is definately dominating the list and honda is holding its own but nissan is kinda dropping off alittle.

hhahahhaha VW suxors !!!!
but seriously, toyota (lexus) dominated that list. only g35 sedan AWD was the only nissan as most reliable. we had a coupl on least reliable list.
15: lexus, toyota and scion (total) were named most reliable, wow, lucky grandmas in those things, haha.

Lexus is the way to go. My friend GS300 is still on the road after 3 accident.
1st - Cost 1G to repair
2nd - Cost 1.5G
3nd - Costed 4G
Hehe! The last two accident was his own. That's what you get for DWI.

Yea its funny in 1989 When Consumer Reports started rating reliabilty of cars Mercedez Was on top of the list, and now its almost at the bottom. Plus Toyota has been at the top of the list for a while now and honestly with the way the continue making their cars its easy to say they will stay at the top. I just hope Nissan doesnt turn into one of the least reliable.
