We only flame the ones that do the same stupid stuff over and over, like ask "which intake will give me the most gains?" and "synthetic or dino oil?" or post bad/crappy/dumb pictures.

You haven't figured out why you're getting flamed? It has nothing to do with the light and everything to do with you posting those same pictures over and over and getting offended when everyone says it look idiotic.

See? You're no better than the noobs...actually you're worse because you've been around here long enough to know better.

How can you help noobies? You're the one that thought the only way a 3-gen could dyno out at 190fwhp was if he was turbo.

We didn't have stickies when I first got here, a lot of it has come from actually trying it first before asking, and the rest we got from other people kindly sharing their knowledge.

But I'll be gone now

I don't buy that... they know where to look they're just too lazy. They had to scroll right past "STICKIES" in big red letters, they had to read some stuff when they signed up for their acct, and anyone who can use a computer should know what FAQ means...but they're lazy and skip right past that and post ... hold on...

For example, right now in the 4th gen forum there are 5 threads in the first 40 dealing with lowering a car.

.......there are 7 of the first 40 in the 5th gen forum dealing with lights/fogs/bulbs. These people are lazy... all those are answered in depth in the FAQ/stickies.

I wouldn't flame someone with 5 or 10 posts who did it (even though he'd deserve it) but someone with 100 or 300? Definitely. And zack with 1000+? He should know better.

Yeah right. You are often suddenly "cynical" or "sarcastic" when you find out what you posted is sorry lacking. But hey, I could be wrong. Am I being sarcastic?

Typical conversation

"it's a high performance cap"
"no it's not"
"yes it is, it said high performance on the package and it adds power"
"no it doesn't"
"yes it does, I can feel the difference"
(proof he's a fool)
"I was just messin' with ya! It's all for entertainment"

Yeah, that's "being Cynical."

........and we're not brutal on noobs, we're brutal on dumb people. It's just coindicence so many of one are also the other, but the dumb crowd is not exclusive to noobs.........want proof?

You got flamed for 2 weeks for the radiator cap and when your panties got all knotted up good and tight, people let the issue die...

.... THEN YOU POSTED THIS THREAD! Did you think with the title "Nismo Radiator Cap" and trying to use your temp guage as "proof" it was going to go any other way??

I *think* he expected the usual guys to flame him for the usual stupidity. But I don't think he expected 2-3 other guys to join in and tell him what we have been telling him for weeks already. Maybe he has a flame fetish?

My dog crapped on the rug once and took a pretty good beating, and he'll never do it again.

.......but this guy just keeps coming back with the same stuff over and over

you're right Kev, they could just look at the stickies...they are plain as day as soon as they enter the forum. but as i stated from previous experience, not as many people as you think are computer literate and don't know where to look. i'm not making up excuses for noobs who make 30 posts about an intake, but just keep that in mind. and you are right, someone who has been on long enough to make 1000+ posts should know to look in the stickies.

Funniest thread in a VERY long time

zack I'm sorry to say it but if you havent realized you make yourself the biggest target out here, you should just put a bulls eye on your head and walk around a range, you'll probably have better luck

this thread cracks me up! lol

btw 140+ mph here in MI = + =

just be lucky for those 30 seconds you were doing warp speed, that nobody else was in front of you, or else you would've lost big-time control and cost someone thier life, even your own

and not having abs while thinking you can perform threshhold braking at the same time is like having the roll of toilet paper fall and trying to bend over to get it

you can't imagine ? its not rocket science. i am not the only one who has done it.the key is to hold the steering wheel at the bottom. i am sure an 04 max could do 140 without breaking a sweat. i don't know about a third gen though.(i am going to take some heat for this one )

But then again your tires are only rated upto 130 MPH, would that be Nissans fault too?

H rated stock tires + no speed limiter = making it okay for you to go that fast and blame Nissan if something happens...
