Airbag Inspection after 10 yrs.

I own 1995 Nissan Maxima SE model. It got 92 thousand miles on it. It was manufactured in December 1994. Nissan manual says, I have to do Airbag inspection after 10 yrs. I don't have any problem with vehicle and there is no indicator for airbag in control panel. Did anybody get inspected air bag after 10 years?. Where to get it done this kind of repair?. How much it costs?.

I would assume the dealership would be the place that would know how to do this but you'd be getting a pineapple in the butt as far as pricing...

I usually stop by a Nissan dealer for my work so if I go in tomorrow, I'll be sure to ask them. I'd guess though that most if not any good mechanic can do it. If your car is out of warranty, why go to the dealer anymore unless it's for parts you can't find anywhere else or unless you want oem? Either way, I've been wondering that myself lately and will try to get a response on here tomorrow.
