Shouldn't your GLE come with a sunroof as a standard feature?

Other than that, I'm not sure.

Sunroof is one of the only options of GLE models. Someone on this board had one installed not long ago (Full factory features) for around $1300 or 1500, parts and installation included.

Sunroof price

Over a year ago I had one installed, $1000 parts and labor.
I cant remember the brand but it's a German company that made it. Most installers use this German made sunroof. Features include anti jamming, auto closing and 4 position rear tilt. I like the auto closing feature because many times I forget to close the roof and it will close by it self after removing the key from the ignition, this feature can also be disabled if needed. Some places will charge you extra for replacing the headliner material. I got lucky because my prices included new headliner and all three pillar post material

Hmmmm

what about a manual "pop-up" style sunroof? I saw one in JC Whitney for $200, it can be fully removed too so you can drive around with it all the way open. Any guesses on install prices of that?

I'm sure they have the "old school" pop up sunroof, they even have the ones that retract outside and above the car for vehicles like Eclipse, Probe, MX6, etc. This company located in Hayward and they do excellent work. When I was doing my homework on this matter, I always pass by and they are always pack with cars from the 60's to 2k1 models. The last project I saw them doing was a double sunroof on a Excursion. You can see from my sig pic its a large sunroof, they just relocated the center dome light a little further back

Jeez, for $1500 you could do some nice performance mods...
