Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this?

Whenever I roll my window up or down it squeaks like a bit**....it's annoying as hell. After I get a carwash it's ok, so I'm assuming something just needs some sort of lube (haha). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

buy some silicone sprey ta an aoutozone or pepboys, and spray it in the track and you should be fine after that.
