weird electrical problem

weird electrical problem

today finally got my indash tv installed and well the constant hot wire got loose and grounded off. and now the radio and clock wont turn on. ive tried checking all the fuses even under the hood with no luck even with a meter and even re wiring the radio. need help soon

Are there any fuses in the back of the unit you installed?
