Rear doors sticking in cold weather

Anyone else experience this in the cold weather, or during any season just from lack of use? Basically when i open my rear doors, once in a blue moon, they stick to the rubber stripping inside the door panel. I remember reading somewhere that you can lightly coat the rubber stripping inside the door panel with something to prevent the door from sticking. Any info?

Freezing doors need 303

303 is highly effective for this problem. Also, make sure you take time to completely dry all door weatherstripping after washing your car.
Tedious to be sure but beats the early morning frustration of frozen doors.

Could also just be frost or snow that freezes in there.
