yellow fog capsule?

I know someone has done this but I wanted to see how they did it. I got this from HIDTECH and wanted to compare:

Please also note that they don't just insert over your existing halogen bulbs and then insert from behind the foglight. You will need to separate your front clear housing first, then secure yellow capsule onto your reflector housing by simply drilling three small holes and clip the tabs from the bottom of the yellow capsule in, then seal the front clear cover back.
Also for H3, it only come with yellow glass capsule without bottom metal bracket, we will also provide you a pair of metal bracket from 9006 type, but you will need to trim it sand it a little to fit Yellow capsule over, its quite a bit modification involved, well, if you are able to take apart your housing, modifying is nothing compare with all your other effort. If you are not ordering H3, you can disregard this paragraph.

In addition, we have experienced that some foglights might create fog due to excess heat trapped inside the yellow capsule. Again, your OEM halogen housing is not designed to fit yellow capsule over, so this mod MIGHT require you to down grade your 55 watt set up to H8 35 Watt set up. Actually 35 watt is pretty bright enough for the foglight.

hidtech charges:
Our labor will be $120 (for Plastic foglight front cover only. We don't do glass) including return shipping for your foglights.

120 to me is a lot 2kprlmax. I got the same email from them before. I was thinking about doing this as well. I think its almost the same steps as doing DDEs, except working with fog lights instead of the headlights. From Irish's site, it doesn't seem too hard. I was thinking about getting my friend who does DDEs on the regular to help me with it. Still comtemplating it through, i just don't like baking stuff. LoL

Check out MotionR 6000k. They outperform Silverstar, Sylvania/osram, PIAA, Phillips and more.
