lol, i guess it's the next "big" thing to mod

... after the euro-style clear lights that every other honda here in NYC has..

So far, I've seen the blue and red nozzle lights on 3 different Focuses (or Foci? =P). Heh, I thought it was some option that Ford was throwing in on their cars or something....

Aren't these lights illegal? I thought about getting these lights, but wasn't sure if they were legal. Besides, they're kind of ricey, aren't they?

I have them and the install isn't difficult at all. you just have to see what colors are illegal in your state ( white is always the safest.) in FL we can't have the blue or the red ones. for install all you have to do is yank the hoses off from under the hood and pop the old nozzles out and then you put the new ones in and tighten them with a bolt and run your wires.

Switch to turn on/off?

Just wondering, is there a switch somewhere to turn it on/off? I think it'll be a nice way to signal ppl on the roads at night (specially when you're usually weaving around traffic to follow friends.) ... besides of course, the high beams... =P

One more thing, are the LED's directed toward the windshield? or forward? The 2 versions I've seen were either just all-around or directed forward. THe ones shown at autodynamics point to windshield.. which I think is pretty dumb cuz it seems like it'll distract you a bit...

The ones I saw.....

which were on a CRV(of all Hondas, that POS), the whole thing lit up(360 degrees it could be seen). they were green, a nice inexpensive mod if you like that sort of thing...

You just run the power lead to the power lead of your park lights. Some people I know run it to those, and also to their blinkers so they would alternate with they signal, just like the front/side blinker mod.
