VQ35DE-powered maxima ECU picture

Does any one, by any chance, have a picture of a VQ35DE ECU?

I really need to see what the connection looks like.

Called our local nissan dealer and they won't tell me because they say Nissan won't tell them **** other than a part #number.

The part number can mean many things, and two ECUs with different numbers could have the same connection pattern.

There was a 5.5 at the garage I work at today, but it only came in for oil change, otherwise I just might've checked it.

I know what you're thinking and it won't work...5.5gens have way too much additional crap especially the CAN bus system, which will not play friendly without all the externals talking like ABS, SMECU, drive-by-wire throttle and gas pedal.

Good idea though, but you'd probably be better off looking into the HKS VPro which can control the VTC solenoids.

Actually, I was asking this question not to use my 4th gen wiring (which will not work obviously), but rather to plug a '02 5-speed Altima ECU without ABS on an automatic '02 Maxima wiring harness. I know the tuning is considerably different. I just need to know if the plug is the same on both, and Nissan wasn't helpful.

I would much rather just buy the whole set from a junkyard and call it a day, but everywhere I call, these guys have engines but no wiring harneses available. I found 12-15 VQ35DE and bought one 2-3 months ago, but could only find ONE set of wiring, and it comes from a 2002 Automatic maxima. Automatics make my forehead bleed, and I simply am not ditching my 5-speed, which is the same as the Altima one anyway.
