How much WHP do you want to make?

What is performance work?

Sorry about that. By performance I mean engine mods......valves, pistons, etc. I want the have the engine built to REALLY run...nothing crazy, about 300 WHP.

You will have to boost the car, ie. supercharger, and you have too many miles on the engine for that. You will just have to muddle along with what you have or get another car.

You dont need to do any internal work for 300HP... there are people here running 500HP with no internal work.

One person has dyno'd over 500, and he went through a few motors ...

300hp is doable with blower and some mods. I would suggest a lower mileage motor.... Just my opinion

a new motor would cost less than new valves, spings, cams etc.
