Well, I gotta admit...

Hey guys,

When I first joined the Max community, I really didn't like the 6th gen at all. I thought it was too much of a 'boat' because it looks very bulky next to a 5th gen. Recently, though, I've been looking at more and more 6th gen pics on CarDomain and whatnot, and I've really started to like them a lot more. There are still a few things that bother me about the 6th gen, which include the miniscule driving lights and the somewhat-awkward dash design. But the exterior styling has really grown on me. I think you really get a nice car for your money with the new Maxes. And I hear the inside is ridiculously comfortable, too. Just felt like sharing. Any other 5th or earlier gens feel the same way?

I doubt if I'll ever like that style. I had to grow into the 4th Gen body style when I had a 3rd Gen.

Grew on me too, but I'd probably love a Manual 5.5 Gen. I just don't want another payment so this is me in my 2k Auto.

No way you can convince me that 4th is nicer than 5th. I like the front-end on the 4th, but the tail just doesn't do it for me. And the interior isn't close to the 5th gen. Just my opinion.

Haha. Actually, I haven't personally seen the 00-01 seats, but I've seen plenty of the 02-03 seats and, yes, they are nice. But I was talking more about the dash of the 5th being far better than that of the 4th.

When I owned a 4th gen, I hated the 5th gen when it came out.

I now have a 6th gen, and I will probably hate the 7th gen when it comes out.

Its the natural progression of car lovers.

Im driving my "boat" happily these days...

I like it, but prefer my 5.5 gen. 5spd auto, elite package, skyview are all nice things.
