Tint kits?
oh no, not another do it yourselfer on the tint conversation, we had a long debate about this in the 5th gen. A guy said he didn't see what the fuss was about, and that he did his with the wal mart stuff in about 30 minutes LOL. Funny thing is he never would post pics. Anyway, I used to tint my windows, and it was alright, but man, it was frustrating as hell, and there was always a bubble that would appear out of nowhere. Do yourself a favor and have a pro. do it, its amazing how good a job they do, and its gauranteed for life. Just my 2 cents. If there isn't anyone around there that can do it for you.......drive 30 or 40 miles, it will be worth it. good luck

You learn.. then it costs you 30$ for the whole car. Not 180+
would anyone like to post a tut on self tinting? they cant be that bad if you do it right. like what is the best way to apply it and do u need a cartain "tool" to make sure all the air is squeezed out.
there is a link in the 5th gen. forum where someone said how to do it. I'm trying to help you here and tell you it is MUCH MUCH more difficult then you can even imagine. I had mine done by a pro for $135. I'd say average cost is about $150. I'll try finding that link for you.
