See those guys talk big. The real story is that BMW and Benz are the real German cars. Audi is a souped up VW, and we know the quality cars that VW pumps out. Remember, Audi=Sudden Acceleration. HAHAHA!

Good thing that S4 I saw the other day was fake. Sure was fast tho.

 

Let's not kid ourselves here, the S4, though it may be a VW at heart, is in a completely different league than the Maxima. It will blow our doors off, and I would give many minor body parts to own one. And regarding the whole "company of origin thing", technically, we're all driving a make now owned by Frenchmen. I know that keeps me up and shivering at night.

 

Maximas are perfect. We have every reason to criticize other automakers.

 

welp....didn't post to start a skirmish here bud.....but i would have to disagree with you....in the last few years...audi and vw have gone seperate ways...that's kinda like calling it VW/Porsche....and the sudden acceleration?? that's an old problem.....now that only happens when i put my foot on the pedal...i do have to admit that there are a lot of snobby audi owners out there....as well as bmw and mercedes...

One thing ppl need to realize is that the Audi comes factory turbocharged with 300 hp. The Maxima is a V6 N/A. Now comparing the two would be comparing apples and oranges. That would be like comparing a Supercharged Maxima to a 2.8 Audi. My question is how would the S4 do against a Supercharged Max?

 

Before you guys go comparing Audi to Max or trash talking them, just realize that someone came over here to show the GOOD publicity Nissan is getting. that's all they were tyring to do. Now don't stand here with your heads up your ***** and dog them, or even try to compare Audi to a Maxima or an altima.

Our cars are in completely different classes as far as performance, style, luxury, and price.

So be nice kids.. play fair.. you were dealt a compliment. the smart thing to do would be to return one.

Actually Audi is a very good car, does anyone remember back when Audi and VW were made by Porsche? I think that says enough, however in the past few years Porsche has separated but Audi still has Porsche blood.
