Should it stay or should it go...long

Hey guys, recently I've had many problems with my 2k1 maxima, I spend over 2500$ in repairs over the last 2-3 months. This morning on my way to the office the care stall a good number of time, it is a PO505. This problem is related to the IAC valve, I've had the same problem a month a go, so I brought back the car to the dealer today I should know what's the problem tommorow. Anyhow, this is getting on me, my bad is I have 3500$ worth of parts standing on my tech room floor but still, the idea of selling the car is growing on me. Dont get me wrong I like my maxima, but it's the first time since the last 15 years that I kept a car that long, I have it since october 2000. Parting out the car is going to be a b!tch but not un feasable. My main concern would be what to trade for, I dont like the 2k5 max, maybe the Altima SE-R ??? On the dark side of my brain the idea of buying a used M5 is really growing on me, it always been my flagship car. I've check around and I can get 2k2 ( 6 speed of course )for around 45-49K CDN maybe less, it's less than 10K more than a 2k5 max
so it need serious thinking.

Any though to share.

Cheers

Well, you got to think of it this way, M5 is going to be expenive in repairs eat more gas and also insurance will be probably double of yours if not more. So anywhere you look, it will be much more money, if it doesn't matter to you then go ahead.
I would go for it if I had finances to back it up
