Where to buy Jack Mount?

Can someone tell me where I can purchase a jack mount/adapter? This adapter would fit on any standard hydraulic jack and be used to prevent damage to the bottom of the car when jacking the car from the sides. It basically looks like the same mount that is on the standard scissors jack that comes with the car. I have been looking all over but still can't seem to find it. Thanks for the assist.

i'm cheap - i built them out of wood.
take a 6-12" piece of 2x4 and tack or glue strips of 3/4" plywood either edge.
the wood will be soft enough to take a dent from the saddle so it won't slip and since the wood is softer than metal, won't harm the unibody either.

People do 10 chars if they have a post that is less than 10 characters long. You can host pics from a CarDomain page if you have one.

re-built the block w/2x6 & fitted on the frame - got my camera from work
pics on the way to kevin & jatan, hope the pics explain it.
cost next to nothing, scrap lumber will do or improvise.

edit:
btw, you'll see I added a 3/8" piece of plywood on the bottom, thought this may help/prevent shearing the wood along it's grain. bonus also - gives my jack extended vertical range.
