My friend did this to his 94/95 LX accord. He has an H23SI motor in it with nitrous. He said after the swap the car got quicker but it just hit the governer faster. He then hooked up a toggle switch so that when he was about to hit the governer he flipped the switch and turned the limiter off. This then would shut down his speedometer. The only setback was when he flipped the switch back to see his speed it would show it, but at the same time turn the governer back on. You should be able to figure out what happens after that. Please no flames fro posting about a "Honda". He's not one of the "Honda" azzholes who thinks honda is the gospel on wheels. He just owns one.
