Can anyone post pictures of AE pedals, either manual or auto, preferably auto. Also, are the pedals sizes relatively the same as the rubber? Does it require drilling into the pedal or does it go on with clips? Where can I get them cheap? Sorry for all the questions. TIA.

They are direct replacements and the same size since they are not "aftermarket" but technically stock.

No drilling required.

The only place I know to get them from is from SouthPoint Nissan.

$45 shipped. Call South Point Nissan (1-800-254-6060) and ask for Dave.

Here's a pic of auto AE pedals on my 95 Max.

You have them on your 95 Max? How hard was the install? Did you do it yourself? You got them from South Point?

Thanks!

Re: clee130

The gas pedal was super easy. The brake pedal on the other hand was a pain and a half. The old brake pedal was rubber and peeled right off. But the AE pedal is extremely hard to put on since it's almost all metal. In fact, you can't tell by the picture, but only the top half is actually on. But it hasn't come off so far and you can't tell, so it's all good.

And yep, South Point Nissan... $45 shipped.

The gas pedal is super easy? Do I just pull or what not?

Heh... it's been a while since I messed around with it, but I'll see if I can remember.

There is a clip near the top of the gas pedal on the back. Use a mirror and you should see it. You should use a flathead screwdriver and from the left side (facing the pedal from the top) shove the flathead screwdriver and then pull the screwdriver up to pop the clip. And then the pedal slides right off.

Hmmm ... and it seems like my picture of my pedals disappeared. I'll post it up again once I get home.

Last I visited Dave B, he's at Town North Nissan and not South Point anymore in Austin, Texas.
