there is one in my driveway with no spoiler but thats only because i didn't want to drill into my carbon fiber trunklid.

and plus i kinda like how it looks with no spoiler.

i think it looks really clean without a spoiler, or get the lip spoiler, makes it look real slick

Looks nice man! You get the lights figured out?

I'd say go with the spoiler, it seems like it needs it. Have you looked into other spoiler options? Does the 5th gen spoiler fit?

I like the Max with and without the spoiler. I opted to toss the OEM and put the Skyline R-34 wing on. I went with the TYC paintable taillights and I've been asked on more than one occasion if the car was a skyline(from the back).

haha paul u still havent made up your mind? Ive always been a spoiler fan but when i saw your without it, it made me change my mind. I think the m lip spoiler would look real slick. Either way its gonna be dead sexy but i say no spoiler!

i ordered the lip spoiler today. i will post up some pics when i get it on.

if i turn out not to like it, uninstalling it shouldnt be an issue. and i still have my oem spoiler.

Pfff...what's with all these people posting up pics of stock Maxima's??

Throw the spoiler back on there Paul. And why would you keep the rear tails orange if you have clears up front? Clear the rear man. And which emblems do you plan on putting back on?

i fail to see how its hard to picture an se without a spoiler? a shaved se and another other max looks the same.

Because an SE's spoiler is part of its identity from the factory. Once you remove it, it's just and ordinary Max with a big uncovered butt.

Here in Canada we have tons of SE's without spoilers...they are known as ES's here.

Paul....you need red/clears man....but at least the spoiler looks nice. It's a tad too small for me, but it's still cool. Is it me, or does your paint on the 1/4 panel not match the trunk paint (second pic)? On a side note, your original paint looks incredible. I can't see any swirl marks (1st pic)!

nick, it all matches pretty well. there are some swirl marks, but the paint is in incredible shape for it being original. the sun was VERY bright when i took those pics and was white washing most of the pics i took. the paint is WAY deeper in real life. the trunk has fresh paint on it so maybe it just reflects the light a tad differently. it also doesnt have any wax on it since it is freshly painted.

but i am pleased with the look...i like it subtle.

holy geezus! that thing looks sweet? Did you have it on Sunday when i was behind you? Nick, the paint is way deeper in real life and matchs really well. It was probably the pictures. I wish i could pick on his car somehow but it so darn clean i cant! Looks great paul!

I'm still undecided on the lip spoiler. It looks like the lil pencil thin mustache guys used to wear with their slicked back hair, back in the early days. Clean max either way!
