Disagree... it depends. Besides, what do you mean by better off? Trunk space? More doors? If he wanted all out speed, he'd be better off with a Mustang... you don't even know what kind of Mustang he had or his reasons for getting a Maxima. I hate it when people make statements like that when they know nothing about the situation at hand, let alone the fact that there is no basis for comparing the 2 cars because they are so different.

I'd agree with that to a certain degree... even then its a case by case basis... if you consider Maximas overall vs Mustangs then maybe yes.

What year Vette? My buddy used to have a 97-98 and it was great... he had for about 4 years and 45k miles and never had any problems... then again, he coulda just gotten lucky... besides, I'd think that any Vette would be worth the trouble...

Best readings are right here in the forums. No joke. As a whole, the folks here have probably read and done everything that has been written about these cars and probably more. There have been numerous original write-ups. And here, you can get updated information about older generation cars that current publications don't cover anymore. So why go anywhere else? You want to know more, just read the old stuff or ask. Someone somewhere has the answer.
