When i turned on my fogs light, i can see the rusty metal and the fogs are not at all bright. The reflector has peeled off, you think i could put tin foil inside to reflect light?
If not, any aluminum paint that i could get for it?

Thanks.

I had the same problem
I ended up changing the fog lamp altogether.
I didn't have time to break the seal of the glass and the plastic backing to open it up (it can be done though).
There is reflective paint that is sold in specialty shops. This kind of mimics a mirror like surface (not at the same glow though) close enough to be a fix to a peeled reflector.
Must be careful with the compound of the paint, it may eat the plastic (read the labels).
Good luck,

i wouldn't use tin foil... you would have to make sure it was perfecty conformed to the houseing to have the light shine through it correctly. you can spray it (maybe) with a reflective paint (metallic) or something..
