What parts are interchangable btwn 3rd and 4th gens?

I've got a totaled 4th gen max and was thinking about buying a 3rd gen. What all parts are interchangable between the two? thanks

they have the same bolt pattern drilled in the wheels....other than that I am not sure. They use different motors and have different suspension setups so I am guessing not much.

i think the auto shift *****, the interior door lamps, and maybe the lamp on the roof but that's all i can think of aside from wheels.

front brakes are the same.
clutch is the same.
wheels will interchange for the most part (unless you're at the width limits of a 4 gen)..
seats will interchange with some modifications and supposedly the shifter will as well.

that's about it really. completely different engine, suspension, and body.

The clutch is the same? I would think the VG/VE would have a different clutch than a VQ. I don't really know though so you may be right.
