I've had a hectic week, needle below 1/4, but since I knew I was headed to NJ for a conference, I figure I'd top off there. Problem is I worked until 10 pm on Wed., and had to be in Jersey by 6 am at the conference. No time for anything.....
On the way back got invited to a party. Now the clock is ticking because the dog is at home alone.....gas-up or not?
Pulled in, 2.179 for super, pumped 17.7 gal and 422 miles driven since last fill-up (city/hwy, no pure hwy driving). All of the above for a savings of $5.66. Is it worth it? When you think about it, convenience is worth $5, I shoulda just topped-off in PA over the weekend when I had time. But that woulda made life too boring....

Frank Fontaine, you never cease to amaze me. You maintain you travel a lot for work. You drive to Montreal etc etc. So consequently you must get either a travel allowance or paid on a mileage basis, so who gives a f#ck what the price of gas is. Enough already! I would rather hear about your BMW purchase. Why don't you please give us all a break!Originally Posted by Frank Fontaine

*LOL* They wont budge off of $1100 from list. I dunno if that will increase when the coupe comes out, but doesn't matter. The longer I wait, the better, time value of money, not to mention the fact that I can run the Max on 87 when I want.Originally Posted by rmurdoch

I knicknamed one of my direct reports RM after you. He has no clue why but we get a kick out of it. You're a legend!

That's right, Frank Fontaine, similar to you I am a legend in my own mind, lol!
Now don't be so cheap and stop running that 87 octane!
