Burnout

I have a manual and have done this a few times. All I do is pull up the handbrake, rev her up, drop the clutch and hold on. The car tends to slide side to side.

I'm not positive but they look like nippon version 5's. I've seen this on a q45 and they look sweet.

Now this is how its done in a auto max (BTW, i was stock)

I have a even bigger burnout on video that is about 3 times if not more smoke then the one in the pic. If you guys are coming to the June 3rd meet, i can show ya there. Just bring a VCR and i can hook it up in my car.

In auto: I power brake it and then dump the brake and floor the car and yank up on e-brake. My car sits there spinning and sliding.

In 5speed: You rev up and have the e-brake up, and dump the clutch. You will keep revving, if you notice yourself getting too close to redline, let off some and resume revving again.

Re: Re: gtr_rider

those look really close but the ones in the pic seem to have flatter spokes. They dont arc out as much as the ones in the pic. If anyone else has any ideas what those rims are please inform me.

No, I have you all beat! I WON the Toyo tires burnout contest in my Max at the NHRA Import Drag Racing Series at Ennis, TX. I threw the tread on a brand new Proxes FZ4. It should be on ESPN2 one of these Sundays. As soon as I get a way to put the video on here, I will. BTW, I dropped it at redline in 2nd gear with the e-brake up and just stood on it for 45 seconds....until the tire blew out!!
