I want to get an idea of the power to weight ratio everyone is running. Only post your power at the drive wheels and the actual "race weight" of the car. For example my SE-R is 2590lb itself and 2740lbs race weight (including driver). The car last dynoed 123fwhp/119fwtq with just a weapon R intake. This gives me a ratio of 22.27lb per 1hp. My old maxima dynoed 123fwhp/153fwtq with CAI only and was 3355lb with driver (3210lb without). That gives me 27.27lb:hp. My SE-R's ratio is 22% higher than my maxima and the best times for both were 15.644 @ 87.26 se-r/16.700 @ 81.08 maxima. My ET/trap are 7% slower in the max vs SE-R.

A ruff guess from saying my car makes 310 HP at the crank{give or take a few} and deviding it by my cars weight with me in it which is about 3300lbs would make a 10.6 Lbs to
1 HP.

Now with your calculation method which is derived from HP to the wheels I would guess I am putting down about 270HP Give or take a few HP, so with that # and my estimated weight I have 1 HP per 12.2 Lb's, not bad..

so

From reading your posts. I have made the conclusion that the lower the weight ratio per hp the faster the car is. Right!?

Wouldn't a weight to torque ratio be a better measure since it's the torque that's pulling those pounds?
