Is my clutch going?

I think my cluch is slipping on my 95, but am not sure because this is my fist manual tranny. Under moderate to heavy acceleation, when shifting the RPM's will go up about 300 RPM. This is seen more in a 3-4 or 4-5 shift. It does not do it if it totally take my foot off the gas when shifting. The clutch has 110,000 on it. Thanks for the help...
