Brake issues with Bill and Russ.

First of all....GOT RICES's pads ROCK! I just installed the rears and got them broke in good to mathc the front ones that I installed about 3 months ago. They stop unbelievable, but they dust like a *****!
Bill---I read you and Russ's little dispute. While I don't like to jump to conclusions, it seems like you are generalizing about what YOU assume Russ meant by a comments he made. While I don't know if I agree with him, I also don't think it's right for the moderator to sit there an argue with someone. Then once you get your 'last word' in you 'lock' the thread.....
Maybe the moderator should try AVOIDING sticky situations so that people don't have to wonder if he is "flexing his muscles" by saying...."I am the moderator and I have the power to do that"---meaning lock the thread.
Just my oberservation and those who have read your posts from my PC--all four of my friends that are over tonight read it and thought you might be better off avoiding those threads if you want to be an impartial moderator--justa thought Bill. Please don't waste your time trying to combat my thoughts...I have posted once and don't intend to post again concerning the RUSS VS BILL issue!

Well I didn't see Russ saying his translations were wrong so I guess Bill's generalizations were correct. I don't think Bill gets into personal arguments unless someone attacks him personally. A person should have the right to defend themselves. Bill was upset because it was his PERSONAL experience vs what Russ has heard/read. What would you do if someone directly contradicted what you personally know as true from actual personal experience? Especially when that person is referencing others and not personal experiece themselves.
