What is the spring rate on Sprints?
well, it's easy to calculate
it's not that hard to find out
use the formula,
F=-kx
Force = - (spring coecficient)x(displacement)
spring coeficient is what you're looking for
how all you need is instruments that can measure F, then you get the displacement of the spring, and you get spring coefficient
