What is the spring rate on Sprints?

im thinking close to 260 to 300 for the front. i dunno about the rear.

spring rates are kinda a secret (????) you can call sprint.

well, it's easy to calculate

it's not that hard to find out
use the formula,
F=-kx
Force = - (spring coecficient)x(displacement)
spring coeficient is what you're looking for

how all you need is instruments that can measure F, then you get the displacement of the spring, and you get spring coefficient
