MD Changer in 4th Gen

Does anyone know if any MD (minidisc) Changers work with the OEM Bose radio setup? I was curious. Since I already have a single CD in front, I would rather have my Minidics hooked up in the trunk instead of a CD changer. Can anybody give me some input?
