tokico shocks

Does anyone have any experience with replacing tokico shocks using the lifetime warranty? My shock need to be replace and I’m curious on the turn around time. Thanks

I've heard that with shox.com, they send you a new set & charge you. Then, you send them the blown ones. If they are deemed warrantable, then they send you a check for the amount billed (minus s&h). I've heard the turnaround is 4-8 weeks. I am probably going to be sending my set in soon as well.

Apparently you might be able to use the credit from the new shocks towards Koni's aswell

Stillen. You send them your bad one, they send you a new one. Takes about 5 business days from the time you send out.
