It's bad enough he has the ticky VE, NOW you want him to have a crappy/hoppy rear as well?

What he REALLY needs is a good ol' VG conversion.....

As for the rear beam, I agree fully.

Why do you say that Whitemax? Third gen was one of the best with great features, and quality, and easy to mod, even turbo

This from a guy who can't even spell Congrats. Oh yeah, and your car is a whole 3 years newer....

hehe Just playin'

If you really care, I got a 3rd gen for many reasons:

Better looking (my opinion)
Better build quality (squeaks, rattles...)
VLSD
Indy. rear suspension
Cheaper to buy
Cheaper insurance

Oh yeah, I love it. Thanks for your positive comments everyone.

That's not opinion, that's fact. 3rd gens are superior looking (I30s being the exception)

Better build quality (squeaks, rattles...)

3rd gens were built the way 40k cars are built now. This isn't disputable either. Sorry 5th gen guys....and 4th gen guys shouldn't dare say anything....

VLSD

Sad that Nissan cut this out of all Maxes until the anniversary edition 7 years later. The SE models at least should have had it....

Indy. rear suspension

Reminds me how I HATE the wheel hop on my 99.......my 94 is SO much more controlled over bumps.

Cheaper to buy

Cheaper insurance

Better AND cheaper. It doesn't get any better than that.

Oh yeah, I love it.

I'm glad we're in agreement. Does "it" refer to the car, or the ticking of the VE?
