when i start my engine it sounds very weak, as if the battery level were low...the car still starts tho and i was driving for 2 hours straight at highway speeds, i thought this would charge the battery but it still makes the same noise... the only thing that happened that was abnormal was i put the car in reverse by accident without starting it and i had to force it into park , but the car was only rolling at like .5 mph and i thought that would cause a transmission issue if any, any ideas besides buying a new battery ( my car is < 1 year old i figure the battery should last longer ) thanks in advance

 

Maybe your alternator is dying? I had weak engine starts when mine went...

 

I sometimes have a weak engine start too. But i've only had my car for 2 weeks.
