Bit Of A Problem Here

Hey guys, i have a problem, I have a 92 max and it recently died, lost a cylinder and clutch went. So it has been sitting in the parkin lot at my aparment for a few months, the problem is that they gave us a notice today that they will be paving that lot tommorow. So i go outside to see if i can push it and nothing. Had it in neutra, no ebrake on, keys in, i tried everything. I don't know if the brake is engaged somehow or the tranny is the source of this, but what do i do? Its 1 am right now and they want it moved by like 7 am, any ideas at all? I have a jeep i could try to maybe pull it with, but i dont really have a hitch or chain or anything and i dont know how i'd even control it to move it anywhere.... HELP!!!

The brakes pads are probably stuck to the rotor.
Give it a good push and they'll break loose, then she'll roll easily again.

He needed it moved by 7am, and you posted exactly at that time.
Anyway, hope you got it moved, Brendan.
