Any test drive offers from Nissan?

Even though I'm not in the market for a new car, and wont be for at least 8-10 years, I usually follow-up with offers to drive cars, because there's no substitute for actually getting behind the wheel and trying something for yourself. The last offer I got was Mazda, $35 for trying the new 3rd gen Miata. Prior to that was Lexus, who put out a nice event where the showcase were the new IS and GS, though they had MB and BMW's available for comparison, as well as the hybrid. Before that was BMW twice (autocross, 2 Susan Komen's and the unveiling of the new 3), and believe it or not $50 to try the new Ford 500. In the past, I got 2 Swiss Army watches for the 5th gen Maxima, and a Kenneth Cole bag for the new Altima, but that was at least 3 years ago. Is Nissan out of the "incentive" to test drive game? If you like cars, that's a fun way to go imho.

Yeah, that's news to me too. The deals I usually hear of only give you money if you test drive a car and end up buying a competitor's car. You must provide a bill of sale to get the money.

What happened to the BMW? I thought that purchase was imminent. If you can't afford to buy the car of your dreams anytime soon, I don't know why you would frustrate yourself by test driving all these vehicles.

Mind you I guess its one way to pay for gasoline that is higher than 87 octane, lol!

I just take the Bimmer and can pretty much drive anything under $60k without much trouble

I don't need incentives to test drive cars though, I drive them because I want to

IIRC they were running comercials on TV about the test drive offers, or was it the radio? Had to be one of those two.

I'm really not sure why I get the offers, I think it's direct marketing, kinda like getting all those junk credit card offers and refinance stuff in the mail. Try this one, since the Miata was the last one (test drive for $35), go to the mazda website and request a Miata brochure.

I didn't get the Lexus $100 one, but did get an invite to the Taste of Lexus event. Very surprised to find a fake dual on the new GS430!!! BMW heavily solicited me on the new 3, the unveiling in Phila., free golf shirt, Susan Komen driving events, the Ultimate Driving Experience autocross, but I guess in the end their marketing paid off!

I got a new swiss army watch for driving the new pathfinder and maxima and a new palm pilot for driving the new I35 (a few years ago of course).

When you requested a brocure through the web it came with a coupon for a free gift you get validated after a test drive.
