When I have my foot on the brake, and am stopped, but turn the wheel (like at a light, getting ready to make a turn) there is a little bit of weird feeling in the steering wheel -- not really vibration but a quick loosening and tightening of the steering wheel, like something's happening with the power steering.

Ideas?
