wonder if its better to buy snow tires or all season? my stock 16s are just about shot. thinking of getting snows but the weather isn't that crazy yet...!
going to drag my car next week with some other nissans (sentra with cams, couple 240sx with cams in the KA...at US41, know that stocks would not do well, any thoughts?

I spend the winter in UT, and I went with all season because even though it snows a lot here, they clear the roads so quickly that you hardly ever actually drive in the snow. This will be my 5th winter here, and I have never felt like I needed more than all season tires. And I am a powderhound - if it snows, I head for the mountain. I've never gotten stuck, and I've never needed chains. This will be the first winter with 17's though, so we'll see if there's a difference. Basically, if they have good snow removal where you are, stick with all seasons.
