Lumbar Support?

Just wondering who actually uses their lumbar support. I always have mine on. The seat just feels really saggy without it.

If I need lumbar support, I'm obviously sitting with s'hitty posture.

I do lower back work exercises three times a week, I'll be damned if I am going to risk hurting my back.

I hate it... Its pushed all the way in on mine, and when I have to get in other peoples cars I just dont understand why you would want something stabbing you in the back

Mine (97) has 3 settings, on, off, and in between. I normally use it because I'm in the car for long periods of time.

I play with mine all the time on off, in between.... forward back.. all kinds of position...

I yell at any one in my family if they sat on and deregulated form the last position I had it on.

I go back and forth...I can't even remember what its on now but I haven't changed it in a while. Its not as much of an issue for me since I work out so my back is stronger than it used to be plus I always sit very upright in the car. I find I use it more on long road trips just so I don't get as tired of sitting in exactly the same position.

Mine is always fully "on." It was like that when I bought the car and for the longest time didn't know the **** was even there to adjust it. I'm just used to it, and feel more supported in the seat if it's on.

Mine is power fully adjustable. Mine is about 1/4 way engaged.

I already had it replaced once. occasionally, it will pop slightly when I accelerate or brake hard.

I always use it, I stand all day for work; so my back kills me by the end of the day. I also always use my heated seats, even in the middle of summer... they feel good.

I used to not use it, but after working 8 or so hours and sitting in the car for an hour home, it really helps the ol' back. It sucks getting old.

Always on, it feels like you are forced to hunch over and bend your back forward if the support is not there. However, next time I might try it again on the off position to see how it feels.

Always off, it makes you slide sideways in the corners. I think it’s uncomfortable as well.

Always off. My seat has 170,000 miles of hard sitting done in it, and all the padding in the back of the driver side has worn out. With the lumbar support on it's like someone is shoving a steel pole across my back. I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad if there were any padding at all left.

I leave mine at half way. I've sat in cars without it. You get back pains without it.
