problem with radiator and vents.....

Well my radiator I don't see pressure building up in it but it does get hot. I don't think the bottem hose has any water/antifreeze going through it. I have steam coming out my vents and it fogs the crap out of my windows and I smell anti freeze through the vents. What can it be?
