People, who are criticizing this person, think twice before you do that. If you don't understand something, it doesn't mean you have the right to insult him. Also, be especially careful when talking about flags!

I understand. the Puerto Rican day Parade. A fantastic Parade that I've heard about greatly but never been apart of. A Time for Purto Ricans to celebrate their heritage and their culture.

I've heard its beeing going a little down hill due to violent/rape etc.
