Blowby out of the oil filler hole?
Is there supposed to be some blowby air or no air coming out of the oil filler hole when the engine is running?

The cap has an o-ring and it's supposed to be sealed so nothing comes out.
Your PCV system takes care of any blow-by gasses in the crank case.
There shouldn't be much, if any, blow-by happening at idle.

These engines, and most all foreign engines run a pressurized crank case. Therfore you can't tell really about blow-by. If you take the cap off, you should probably get splattered with oil and feel a significant amount of air coming out.
