Yeah, you need to realling the wheels. I had the same problem with my 4th gen. They kept doing an allignment but not good enough. Took it to another shop and the shaking was gone.

road force variation issue w/ tires, the hunter balancer can fix that, unless you have a "bad" tire.
or maybe an axle vibration?

It could also be a slightly bent wheel.

Not necessarily true. I had a bent wheel and felt it only at 65-75mph, just right in my cruising speed

would the balance machine not read 0 0 when i was balancing all 4 wheels if it was bent? none of the wheels looked bent when they were balancing?

Well have you had the bearings checked? Or the alignment re-done? Also have you checked to make sure all of your lugs are tight? Broken/seperated belts on the tires. Bald spots on the tires. Uneven wear, bad struts/shocks. It's something most likely in the suspension if you still feel it after rotating. Did you try swapping the front rims left to right?

I was responding to the statement:

"bent wheel i will feel all the time. this happens only at times 30+ mph"

But in regards to your wheel being bent, I doubt it since it doesn't appear to be bent when spinning on the machine.

No your rims and tires are out of balance.

Bent rims could do it only at certain speeds, trust me. And if you're on aftermarket rims, you NEED hubcentric rings.

I had the same problem for a couple days but I'm suspecting it just had to do with snow/ice buildup as it went away when the weather warmed up.
