Have you ever taken the solenoid apart? My fuel solenoid is stuck open. My car was stalling and it would run without key in the ignition
Thank god it's the fuel soleniod and not the nitrous.

They told me to open it up and see if there is any debris. My remote bottle valve opener solenoid is getting stuck close too. NOS products are not giving me a warm fuzzy feeling here.

Yep I've done this a few times...
You can double nut the plunger shaft.
Its easy to do.
Ive had to change plungers when I had my Jacobs progressive controller on my VW. It pulses the noids and wears on the seals really fast.
You may have to take the noid off the car to do this.
Take off the nut on the top of the noid. I think its 5/8"
The metal cap will slide up and bring a plastic part with wires with it.
Then you will see a polished metal shaft.
You need two noid nuts to do this so take the nut off of you nitrous noid.
Put the two nuts on to the shaft your fuel noid and tighten them together really tight.
Then turn the bottom nut like you are unscrewing it, it should not move, the shaft should turn and unscrew. Its on their tight so eat some spinach.
When you got it loose be carefull because the plunger has a small spring in it.
Look for the debris and check the rubber surface of the plunger. It should have a slight indention ring in it and no tears.
When you reassemble it just tighten it back as hard as it was to get loose.
PM me if you want to call me.

Talked to my installer and he said just throw a new one on. It's about $60, so I guess I'll have an extra spare one. Going to send the bad one in for warranty repair/rebuild.
