Make sure you brake them in right,

My friends Eclipse has a simaler setup and his brakes made a Ruckass the first few days and then it went away, but he did not brake them in proparly and the car stops like shi* now.So just try not to do any hard breaking for the first 300 miles. You probably allready new this but just in case.

well follow proper break in..
one complete heat and cool cycle.
when i got new slotted rotors they made a weird noise..but i think that was from the slots.
if they still make that noise bring it back to the place you had them done. i assume it's not squeeking right? if not then give it some time for them to bed/seat in the rotor.
