i know there is a huge discussion about yellow foglight bulbs, and i have already looked at those threads which are great, but has anyone tried using phillips vision plus bulbs in their fog lights? will the visibility be the same or better as to using yellow bulbs? they are pricey but is a good idea? stupid question but, yellow foglights are legal correct?
