No

It's been posted already. The 2002 Max will have the VQ35DE. Should be around 260hp and 246lb-ft.
The best part: Available on the SE will be a six-speed, and helical limited-slip diff.

What's the difference between the helical limited-slip differential and regular limited-slip diff.?

It's better! I think it can put more power to one wheel or the other the a VLSD. A VLSD can only transfer something like 60% to one wheel and 40% to the other. Not those exact #'s but something close to that.

Helical limited slip == Torsen, Quaife, Integra Type-R etc..
Viscous: 20th Anniv. SE, just about every Subaru.

Helical differentials react to slippage quicker, can transfer a larger percentage of torque between wheels, and are damn near indestructible
