Three weeks ago I ordered H&R springs through Adventon Motorsports. I'd seen the Adventon name recommended on the ORG before, so I figured they were on the up and up. They said that the springs would ship in 5-7 days, and I anticipated it might take a few more with UPS ground shipping. However, it's been three weeks now and no springs.

If you go to www.adventon.com, you will see that their homepage now says "Adventon Motorsports is no longer doing mail order. We apologize to our customers." This is a recent change, because it didn't say that a week ago. I have called them several times over the past two days and have had little luck. Only once did I actually talk to someone, who said that the person who handles the orders was out. She took my name and number and said I'd get a call back, which I didn't.

Does anyone know what's going on with Adventon? I want my springs, or at least my money back!

 

I would keep calling them and next time they say the person taking orders is out, tell them that isn't an acceptable answer and last time they said that you didn't get a call back. There is only so much you can do, but you should be able to get your springs or your money back.

 

The problem is that I've called them something like two dozen times and they only picked up that once.

I think I'm going to call the credit card company and see if they can stop payment.
