Crusing along I pull behind a turbo eclipse. Nothing special, just riced out rear tails. No exhaust, no suspension that I could see. We are crusing at 70 going around a big sweeping 1/4 turn and he comes into my lane nearly hitting me. He gets in front of me and goes to make a right turn then decides to get back in the lane at a red light, bucking the engine. Right away I knew the kid didn't know how to drive. We get through traffic and the next light is red. He won't look over to acknowledge but I know it's on. The kid was about 18 if that. He rolls before the green, getting anxious. The light turns, we both spin (I can't seem to get traction on concrete streets) but I immediately jump to a full car in front of him. I hit second and I hear him shift into second...then the rush of the turbo going by my side window...and now he is a full car in front. He hits third spitting out a puff of black smoke...like he is ******** on me...as I hit third and then cut it off. Though not a full full quarter mile,he was ahead by at least two cars. What a sucky weekend this will be. Gotta get an ecu or supercharger.

What do they run stock? I've seen them run mide 13's at the track with mods.

 

They run high 14's to low 15's depending on the generation and transmision.

 

My cousin's old eclipse (hes got a 540 now) ran 12s.. not sure which end tho.
