Please post here if you have any complaints, problems or gripes about Courtesy Nissan of Richardson, Texas. This is being done by suggestion posted by humaras. By no means am i saying that Courtesy Nissan is a bad business and that you should stop ordering from them. Keep ordering from them, they provide prices lots lower than dealer prices. But just want to provide some comments that some of us might have about them, good or bad, so that they can keep providing us enthusiasts with the best possible prices on the products we need. Thanks.

Problems....yes

My first order thru was fine. 1 week and I got the stuff. When I ordered my B-pipe and NGK spark plugs and all hell broke loose. First, they sent me the wrong B-pipe (they acted like I was crazy) and I got the right spark plugs. They forgot to send me the extension pipe which I had to order and pay for. 10 days later I got the right B-pipe and extension. Then all of a sudden a can of blue paint arrives. I don't know who this was suppose to be for. Then it took them 2 months to pick up the other b-pipe after me e-mailing and calling them.

Not again.

Thanks GOTRICE

for putting up this post--asking everyone for their suggestions. As I said, this is not to say Courtesy is bad whatsoever, it is just that we need to establish a substantial method in ordering so that we know what the prices are...
that's all...
