"Yes, the Maxima has GREAT screen time.....two or three scenes and the odd shot here and there.
The car just underwent major surgery, getting 3 TV's, a DVD player, 3 12 inch woofers, 3 1200 watt amps and 2 320 watt amps. It too is for sale for $40K."

its great to see a family sedan like ours race in the movie with some other great rice rockets, i hope the maxima wins.

According to www.supercars.net the stock Supra Turbo did 13.5 in the 1/4 mile. His car did 13? Was he just a bad driver or what?

if you're talkin about Rich. aka volkracingmaxima, naw. i dont recall him being flamed. the guy is hella tight. he helped me alot.

Craig is pretty cool I have talked to him before more than once. The thing you have to understand is from a marketing standpoint the car gets more play by being all bling and appealing to the masses. It might not be as fast as allot of cars on this board but it by far has more work done to it.

It doesn't have that much work done to it. Pull the Stillen catalog, and the JBL/Infinity Catalog and that's it. Other than the hood, find one unique thing on that car.

You are right though, the car was built to attract attention, not to be fast or win shows. It's a marketing thing, that's what Craig told me anyways.
