The first four pics are the car with the old tires
http://members.nbci.com/gr8bone/tires/

1. Sears tried, scratched my rim and got a replacement
2. Sears told me to go to Detail works who still couldn't unmount the tire
3.They told me to go to Super Tire who was able to do my rear tires but charged $23/tire to mount and balance! But they were nice ppl
4. Then my replacement rim came to sears, they removed my scratched rim and put on one of my snow tire rims.
5. I go directly to Supertire to do the fronts and while they're taking off the snow tire they break a lug off my disc brake! They won't replace it since Sears put on the rim.
6. I call Sears and they agree to replace the broken lug so they order one from the local nissan dealer and I saw the whole procedure on how to replace a lug.

good things that came out of it:
brand new rim
2 different sets of center caps for my rims now (goodyear gave me 3 and sears gave me 1 and I had the 4 originals that came with my rims
I also know how to take apart my brakes and rotors...
I'm glad I got long wear tires so I don't have to deal with this crap for a long time!
